Some of Belinda`s earliest memories are cooking with her Nan after school and sharing those foods with family. From those shared moments grew a passion for cooking that saw her spend 22 years working in many different kitchens. Fast forward a couple of years those chefs clogs are now blundstones, the apron now overalls, the passion is, well it’s still there for food. And with an endless supply of eggs at hand, we’re always trialling egg-citing new dishes and that’s also how our Rainbow pasta was born. Is there really another ingredient in the kitchen more versatile than eggs? They can be poached, boiled, fried, scrambled, used to make pasta, pancakes, omelettes, custards, mayonnaise, cakes, meringues, ice-cream, this list goes on!
